Multimedia Designer

Joshua Roberts

Growing up on the west side of Indianapolis, Josh spent most of his time playing football at Ben Davis High School. His interest in graphic design began with creating edits for his teammates on his phone. Josh’s football talents took him to Hanover College in pursuit of a degree in computer science and more championships. Taking advantage of Hanover’s Design-Your-Own Major program he was able to combine computer science with his passion for design to be the second graphic design major in Hanover College history.

Joshua is an ambitious designer who is not scared to think outside of the box to create something unique and original. Constantly learning is big for Josh. In college, Josh started his own freelance business, JROB Designs, so he could learn photography as well as videography. He did this in order to make himself more valuable to any team he joined. In his free time, Josh likes to watch Youtube videos and play video games on his PC he built.

Marketing Content Writer

Jarrett Dodson

If it has words, Jarrett probably has his eye (and keyboard) on it. As Xylem Marketing’s content writer, he’s the company’s resident green industry wordsmith. From short-form copy to blog posts, he helps tell the story of Advanced Turf Solutions and its myriad brand partners, one character at a time.

When he’s not writing for work, you can find him making a mean steak, crafting spine-tingling scary stories online, or hanging out with one (or all) of his family’s many, many pets. If you ask him about what his dream car is, you’ll probably be shocked when he says, “A station wagon.”
