Marketing Automation Specialist

JOB SUMMARY

The marketing automation specialist will join the marketing team and work closely with the IT and sales teams. Reporting to the director of marketing, the marketing automation specialist will be involved with email marketing and lead management using Pardot and Salesforce, webstore maintenance using Salesforce B2B Commerce, and website data analytics.

DUTIES

  • Owns everything related to Pardot (marketing automation platform by Salesforce)
  • Designs, builds, and implements marketing workflows through Pardot
  • Builds emails, landing pages, forms, and campaigns
  • Works with marketing and sales stakeholders to develop measurable campaign objectives
  • Tracks campaigns, sets up reporting dashboards, and provides feedback on campaign performance and email measurement statistics
  • Assists with Pardot and Salesforce data hygiene
  • Assists with the onboarding of new Salesforce Community users
  • Uses Salesforce B2B Commerce to update products on the company’s website

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree, with a major in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience with marketing automation such as Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot, or Eloqua (Pardot experience is preferred)
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and self-disciplined
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction while also functioning and contributing as part of a team
  • Pardot certification is a plus
  • Experience with B2B Commerce is a plus
